These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Da T-Shirt Guy LLC website and your purchase of products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
1. USING OUR WEBSITE
You must provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content for unlawful purposes. Our products are intended for customers who can legally enter into purchases in their location.
2. PRODUCTS, ORDERS & PRICING
Product images, colors, descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when necessary. An order is not accepted until we confirm it. If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide an appropriate refund. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizes, colors, shipping information, and contact details before submitting an order.
3. CUSTOM ORDERS, SHIPPING, RETURNS & LIABILITY
Custom orders are priced individually and may require additional review before work begins. Our current processing time is 7–10 business days before shipment. We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses; international shipping is not currently offered. Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Do not send items back without our instructions or to the shipping address printed on the package label. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Da T-Shirt Guy LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
